How to place an order?

You can make a purchase in two ways depending on whether you are buying from the Store of available products or buying a product made to your individual order.

 

1. You buy a product available from stock by adding it to your cart and then paying for it. Available products are standard products, available in the quantities indicated.
 

2. Purchase a product made to order. There are made to order wool diaper covers. You can make a purchase in the "DIAPER MAKER" by sending a request to us and then accepting our offer and making payment.

• Familiarize yourself with the available fabrics, choose 1-3 of them and, if you want, also the color of the snaps, select the variant of the diaper cover and its size.

• If you have additional preferences, requirements or questions write them down in the "Comments" field.

• After accepting the Terms and Conditions, send a request. You will receive our reply with a quote, along with an approximate completion date, shipping options and payment details to the e-mail address indicated in the form within the next 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri).

• We wait for your approval for 3 consecutive working days after the day of sending the quote. After this time, the quote may be invalidated due to changing availability of fabrics and lead time. If you accept our quote, please inform us in an email, indicate the type of shipping you have chosen, provide your shipping address details and then make a bank transfer to the bank account provided in the message. After we receive the payment, we will confirm your order by e-mail, giving the exact date of your order realisation.

• We will also inform you by e-mail once your order is ready for shipment.
