Delivery
LEAD TIME
Any goods purchased from the Store's stock in the case of payment by bank transfer or online payment are dispatched within 48 hours of the amount being credited to our account. The realisation of a custom-made product takes place within the time specified by us in an e-mail.
We will make every effort to deliver the goods as quickly as possible. Parcels are delivered by courier companies - delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of parcel and the recipient's address.
Please note that when paying by bank transfer, the time of receipt of the parcel is extended by the time of the transfer.

DELIVERY
Within Poland, we send parcels with InPost and Orlen Paczka. Delivery time depends on the carrier. It usually takes up to 2-3 working days. Detailed information is available on the website of the selected Carrier.
InPost delivery costs:
- to parcel locker - 14 PLN
- to door - 17 PLN
Orlen Paczka delivery cost:
- to the collection point - 12 PLN
- Free for orders above 300 PLN
Poczex courier to door 2-3 working days:

Poczta Polska, unregistered economy letter post (small parcels containing 1-2 smaller nappies or one larger one, and other small accessories). The parcel is not registered, in case of loss it is not possible to claim compensation. Woolbery Naturally is not responsible for any lost parcel or damage.

Shipments outside of Poland are sent by Polish Post or courier service DPD and FedEx. We try to choose the most economical shipping option depending on the country to which the shipment will be sent.
Polish Post - the cheapest shipping option. Delivery time depends on the country, usually takes 1-2 weeks, but sometimes it can be longer. Detailed information is available on the Polish Post website. Parcels that we send with the Polish Post are not insured. In the case that the contents are damaged or lost no refund is possible.
Orders sent by post are packed in an envelope and its cost depends on the weight/size of the shipment and the country of delivery. The rates start from 28 PLN (7 EUR)
Courier deliveries
The cost of DPD and FedEx delivery depends on the country of destination, the size and weight of the parcel.
The shipping cost is calculated on the order summary after selecting the shipping option.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
Important Returns Policy:

The consumer may return full-value goods, except for products made to individual order and household chemicals (e.g. care and washing products).

The returned/exchanged goods cannot bear any traces of use and should be in the original packaging.

When returning goods by mail, the consumer is obliged to carefully secure the returned goods so that they are not damaged and that they reach the Seller intact.

In the event of a return or exchange, we refund the value of the goods without shipping costs.
Return/exchange/complaint procedure

Please report your intention to return/complain about purchased goods via the form or e-mail address:woolberry.naturalnie@gmail.com.
The notification should include: Name and surname, order number, name and number of products returned/exchanged/complaint. In case of a complaint, please provide the reason for the complaint by describing it and adding photos. -
After receiving the report, we will contact you to determine further proceedings.
Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: woolberry.naturalnie@gmail.com.
Return the returned item to us immediately to the following address: ul. Olchowa 34, 08-140 Mordy, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment the item is taken over by you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.
Also remember to include the Form in the returned package!
We will refund the payments you have made, including the costs of delivering the items in accordance with the terms set out in the Regulations, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned item from you.
Remember that you are not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, among others: in relation to the contract:

in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or intended to meet your individual needs;

in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
-
in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
-
in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery.

Complaints
If you are a consumer, if the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the following e-mail address:woolberry.naturalnie@gmail.com or by post to the address: ul. Olchowa 34, 08-140 Mordy

Also remember to postform in the returned package!
Due to the defect, you can request:

exchanging items for ones free from defects,

removal of the defect,
or submit a statement about:

price reduction,

withdrawal from the contract - in the event of a significant defect.
We are liable to you for defects found within two years from the date of delivery of the item - under the terms set out in the Civil Code.
Your complaint will be considered (response to) within 14 days from the date of our receipt of your complaint.
